How a social media agency runs every client from one account
A small agency writing for a clinic, a furniture maker and two restaurants, each approving content its own way. Give every client a workspace and a reviewer's seat, and keep Monday for deciding what to do next.
The set-up
- Workspaces
- One for each client, with its own Brain and accounts
- Sign-off
- Clients approve as Reviewers on their own workspace
- Reporting
- A weekly report for every workspace, each Monday
Every client approves differently
One client approves in a shared document, another in a chat group, a third by email. Every Monday someone builds reports by hand from screenshots, and the agency can't take on another client without another person.
A workspace for each client
Each client gets a private workspace with its own Brand Brain, connected accounts, content, approvals and analytics. You switch between them from the top bar, and nothing ever crosses over. How many workspaces you can run follows your plan.
Your editors draft in each workspace, mostly from the weekly plan, with Magic Post for the unexpected.
Sixteen years of one dining table.
This sheesham table was made in 2010 and has moved house three times. Solid wood ages; it doesn't wear out. Made to order in 4 to 6 weeks, with every finish on show in the studio.
Waiting in Approvals for a person to approve it
Sign-off without the thread
Invite each client to their own workspace with the Reviewer or Client role. Posts that need a decision wait in their approval queue with the reason, and they approve them, edit them or send them back.
Keep Monday for decisions
Every Monday, account owners and admins get each workspace's weekly report by email and in the app: growth, top posts, comments and leads. Forward the highlights to the client and open Analytics for anything deeper. There's no branded PDF export yet.
Log each client's competitors' posts in Competitor Radar to see how often they post, the formats they use and the themes they come back to; SocioAI analyses them on request.
