These terms govern use of Sociomatix ("the Service"), operated by Cadabra Secure Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must be authorised to manage every social account you connect. You are responsible for content published through the Service, including content drafted by its AI agents that you approve or allow to publish automatically.
Acceptable use
You agree to comply with the terms of each connected platform (Meta, LinkedIn) and applicable law, and not to use the Service for spam, harassment, deceptive content or any activity the platforms prohibit. We use only official platform APIs and may suspend accounts that put our API access at risk.
AI-generated content
The Service generates suggestions using AI. Outputs may be inaccurate. Claims about your products are drawn only from the brand knowledge you mark as verified, but you remain responsible for reviewing anything published under your name.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
