How a clothing brand runs every post past the founder without the wait
A small marketing team, a founder who wants to see every post, and a launch every few weeks. One approval queue replaces the chat thread of screenshots, and the Brand Brain keeps three writers sounding like one brand.
The set-up
- Team
- Three people draft, the founder approves
- Guardrails
- Only verified prices, offers and claims
- Launches
- Each one a campaign with its own dates
Approvals live in a chat thread
When the founder signs off everything that carries the brand's name, posts end up pasted into a chat as screenshots, feedback comes back as voice notes, and a post can wait days for a thumbs-up. Meanwhile the brand sounds like whoever wrote that day's caption.
One voice in the Brand Brain
The Brand Brain holds the brand's tone, the words it uses and avoids, every product with its verified price, the current offers and the claims it won't make. Drafts follow it whoever presses the button, and anything unverified is flagged instead of guessed.

Waiting in Approvals for a person to approve it
One queue for the founder
Every draft that needs a decision waits in Approvals with the reason it needs review: a launch, a price, a sensitive topic. The founder approves it, edits it or sends it back to draft, and the team sees the decision on the post rather than in a voice note. In Manual and Assisted mode a person approves every post, and sensitive topics always need a human.
The audit log records every change and every SocioAI action with the reason for it, so “who changed this?” always has an answer.
Launches as campaigns
Set each launch up as a campaign with a name, objective and date window, draft the teaser, launch-day and follow-up posts against it, and see them all on the calendar. Instagram insights can tie results to the campaign by hashtag, UTM or link in bio, and Analytics compares it with the last launch and with the rest of your content.
Comments asking about sizes, restocks or bulk orders become leads, scored with the reasons shown, in a pipeline with an owner and follow-up tasks. A person sends every reply.
