What a workspace is
A workspace holds one creator, brand or client: its voice, connected accounts, content, approvals and results. Nothing is shared between workspaces.
Switch workspaces from the switcher at the top of the app. If you belong to more than one account, workspaces are grouped by account.

Who can see a workspace
Account owners and admins can see every workspace in the account.
A workspace set to 'Your whole team' is visible to every account member. A workspace set to 'Only invited people' is visible only to owners, admins and the people you invite to it.

Workspace roles
Manager: full control, including access. Editor: creates and schedules content. Reviewer: reads everything and reviews content. Client: sees only their workspace. Viewer: read-only.
Invite people in Settings → Workspace. New people get an email invitation.
