01
Plan my week
One page, second in the sidebar, for the whole week: how often to post on each network, what planning costs and when it runs next, the next seven days of drafts, and approving or editing them in place. The cost panel shows the estimate for your frequency, your confirmation threshold and any spending limits, and says plainly that an empty morning check costs nothing.
You can plan before connecting any account. Drafts for a network that isn't connected are held with a “Not connected” label and queued for their suggested time the moment you connect it.
03
Lead Intelligence
Buying signals from comments, messages and signed webhooks (website forms, chat tools, WhatsApp providers, Zapier) become leads scored 0 to 100 with every factor explained, in a pipeline from New to Won or Lost with owners, notes, timelines and follow-up reminders. Uncertain messages wait in Review for a yes or no.
A reply assistant drafts replies in the tone you choose; a person always sends them. CRM & webhooks syncs leads one way to HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce or your own signed webhook.
04
Automation Studio
“When this happens, do that” workflows across the whole product, with triggers for comments, sentiment, buying intent, leads, approvals, failed posts, results, trends, competitors, schedules and incoming webhooks; conditions, waits and approval gates; and actions that create leads, assign owners, open tasks, notify, draft for approval, tag, escalate, sync to the CRM or call a webhook. Seventeen templates, a dry run before publishing, numbered versions and a step-by-step log of every run.
No workflow publishes a post or messages a customer. The older IF/THEN rules under Settings → Automations still work and keep the master switch that pauses all SocioAI automation.
05
Instagram insights
A dedicated Instagram section on Meta's official data: views, reach and audience by day, every post's results including posts not published from Sociomatix, the comment inbox with hide and unhide, campaign attribution by hashtag, UTM and link in bio, and frozen reports to print or export. Instagram Login connects a professional account without a Facebook Page; connecting through a Page remains available for mentions and tags.
06
Trend Radar and Competitor Radar
Trend Radar checks Google Trends and Google News for your country every two days and saves the trends that match your business for a person to verify before anything is drafted. Competitor Radar keeps the competitors and posts you log and analyses their cadence, formats and themes on request; SocioAI never disparages a competitor.
07
Create and Visual styles
Create makes images from a description, a visual style, a product and a size, one to four at a time, and edits existing images. Visual styles keeps the brand memory behind them: palette, type, logo rules, photography, casting, do's and don'ts, product photos that must stay exactly the same, and preferences learned from your feedback. You can preview the prompt before anything is made.
08
Alerts in Slack, by email and on WhatsApp
Settings → Notifications chooses which alert groups reach you where. Add to Slack signs you in, lets you pick the channel and connects it with a test message (or paste an incoming-webhook URL). Email alerts come from buzz@sociomatix.com, one per alert. WhatsApp carries urgent alerts only, after you verify your number.
09
Brand Brain one-click review
Facts imported from your website land in Knowledge as unverified entries with Approve and Reject on each, and Approve all or Reject all for the batch. Only verified facts can appear in public; the compliance check blocks any price, specification or statistic that doesn't match one.
10
Connected accounts: checklists and troubleshooting
Each network card now has a “Before you connect” section: what the account needs to look like, what the sign-in asks for and why, and what to change if it fails. A failed connection shows the fixes to try in order and a Connect again button.
11
Workspace administration
Owners and admins can deactivate a workspace, which hides it and stops all scheduling, publishing and syncing until it's reactivated, or delete it after typing its name. Account & team lists every workspace, including deactivated ones, with Reactivate and Delete. Credit history stays with the account.

02
Social Listening
A new section that watches Google News, RSS feeds you add, YouTube and your own comments for your brand, products, campaigns, competitors and topics. Every mention is labelled with sentiment, emotion, intent, themes and language; Topics clusters what people talk about; Competitors shows share of voice; Alerts flag negative spikes, volume spikes, repeated complaints, high-impact mentions and possible crises.
Checks run every 3 to 24 hours. Listening is on every plan; credits are spent only when you ask SocioAI to label an uncertain mention, summarise a topic or write a competitor brief.
