How connections work
Open Apps → Discover. Each connection belongs to one workspace, starts read-only and asks only for what it needs. Apps marked Planned aren't available yet.
Everything imported waits for review with a note of where it came from. Approve what SocioAI may use; excluded items are ignored. Your edits are kept when the app changes, and conflicts are shown.

Shopify, Google Drive and Canva
Shopify brings your store's description, products, prices, availability, collections and policies. It never reads customers or orders. When a price changes or a product is removed, drafts that mention it are flagged.
Google Drive shares only the files you pick in Google's own picker. Mark a document internal to keep it out of public posts and replies. Canva brings finished designs into Media as images.

AI teammates and disconnecting
Connecting an app doesn't give any teammate access. Allow each teammate in the connection's AI access tab.
Disconnecting stops syncs, deletes the stored sign-in and removes the app's data from AI use. You choose whether imported items are kept or deleted.
